Improving Health

Eating well is vital for everyone of all ages. Whatever your age, your daily food choices can make an important difference in your health and in how you look and feel. Our In-Home aides collaborate with our senior clients and their families to assess their nutritional needs and create specific meal plans to help promote healthy eating habits. Our Caregivers can assist with some of the following tasks on meal preparation:

  • Assist with menu-planning
  • Prepare nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
  • Take into consideration dietary restrictions and other limitations
  • Monitor food and fluid intake

Taking Time Off

Oftentimes family members and loved ones take on the role of being the primary caregiver for a loved one. Taking on that type of responsibility can place stress and pressure on families, so it is important to have someone you can turn to when you need a break. Our respite care services can help.

Our caregivers are ready to step in to provide quality care and allow you to run a few errands, attend a social event, or relax, recharge, and get some much-needed rest. You can rest assured knowing that your loved one is in the best hands.
